CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
The time reserved for you can be filled by someone else with some notice.
Please make any changes to your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment.
-Any less time does not give my other guests or myself enough time to make arrangements.
Failure to cancel/reschedule 48 hours (or more) from your original appointment start time will result in a 50% booking fee based on the original service(s) booked.
Example, if your are scheduled for:
-Balayage (base rate $250) late cancellation/booking fee = $125
-highlights (base rate $200) + haircut (base rate $70) late cancellation/booking fee = $135
***if a fee is waived as a courtesy due to late cancel/rescheduling, and that following appointment is cancelled, you will automatically be charged the booking fee for your previously late /rescheduled cancelled appointment.
NO CALL, NO SHOW
if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, your card will be automatically charged 75% booking fee based on the total service booked.
IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE
Please call as soon as you know you will be running late.
I offer a 5 minute grace period.
*If you show up more than 5 minutes after your appointment without discussing with me, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the above policies will be enforced.
COLOR GUARANTEE
All hair color services can ONLY be guaranteed if client uses and follows recommended maintenance and styling products and instructions.
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
In an effort to do my part in ending this pandemic, I follow all local and federal guidelines and recommendations.
Temperature checks will be conducted upon entry to the suite.
The Edit is a private studio, equipped with new ventilation.
I ask that no guests come with you to the appointment at this time.
HAIR EXTENSIONS
Consultation is required, and is priced for up to 1 hour.
Consultation fee is non-refundable.
Consultation fee will go towards total installation service if booked within 7 days of initial consultation.
50% deposit equal to the total service is due to secure your installation appointment, this deposit is non refundable.
Installation must occur within 30 days of deposit. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Installation pricing includes Bellami hair.
Client must follow recommended maintenance and care regimen.
*Client agrees to additional charges for going beyond the recommended time for maintenance.
REFUNDS + SATISFACTION
I take pride, and stand by and guarantee my work.
If, for some reason you are unsatisfied, please communicate with me personally, so that together we can come up with a plan. I am happy to help provide other alternatives which may be at the cost of the client. Client adjustments will only be honored if The Edit Hair Lounge is contacted in writing within 7 days of the original service.
THIS GUARANTEE IS VOID IF:
The client goes to a competing stylist before contacting The Edit Hair Lounge in writing, and /or does not use professional/salon quality haircare at home.
